"There are a lot of ski stores to choose from. I’ve been to many. There are many reasons to come to Christy’s, especially if you need to make a big purchase (skis, boots, etc.) I needed to buy new skis. Phil and Courtney are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful people. Both listened to my skiing abilities and the problems I was having with the skis I owned. They made recommendations based on what I said and I can tell you, they made the right recommendation. They know ski technology and how to match the skill level to the right skis. "This morning, I arrived at Christy Sports in a controlled panic, seeking boot help. One of the little cuff bolts had fallen off of my boot into the ether, and my shins, ankles, calves, and career (I'm a ski instructor) were greatly suffering. I had taken them to the shop at the resort where I work to be Frankenstein fixed with various parts, bits, and bobs, but had been failed by the employees there (**** if you're reading this, I'm sure you did your best), and was now being forced to return to the source of the boot. Anxious, I walked into the back of Christy Sports and was pretty immediately greeted by Ben, a very friendly and helpful face, who grabbed my boot, examined the quick and now broken fix, and promised to have them in better shape in just a few hours. He kept his word, returning my boots to me with a secure bolt and assurance that he would reach out to Tecnica in search of the exact part. He charged me not a cent. Ben, because of you, I can flex my boot in extreme confidence, shred, and do my job. Thank you Christy Sports for the boot help and great customer service. 5/5 stars!"

I bought a new pair of boots a couple years ago from a highly recommended boot fitter that never did fit properly. Courtney at Christy’s was up for the challenge of making sure I got the right boot with the proper fit. She made multiple adjustments for me over a period of time and always with an amazing attitude.
