"Not so fond of this new system. I ordered from home waited for the email that my items were ready for pick up and that came quickly I was prompted to Check in so they would know that I was on my way, and I did. Got there went to the machine, noticed that 3 others were a head of me and it was processing one of those, I go to the pad follow the prompts.. Nothing, proceed to do it 3 more times, ask a busy associate for help he comes explains that it is down.. He goes to customer service they page for assistance, nobody comes, another associate comes, she hunts down an associate who come fairly quick checks my order number then goes to retrieve the item. From the time I got there until the time I walked out the door was 3 5 minutes.. I could have went to the store Found the item I ordered and went thru self check out Quicker!! I'm Very disappointed!!! But in all honesty I will do it again because this process is new and I understand that they need time to work out the kinks..."

"One of the worst Walmart I've ever been to no matter what time of day I go if I am buying a large amount of items checkout lines take on average 45 minutes. This is due to the fact that I have gotten rid of 80% of their standard registers and put self checkout and the primary means to shop"

"I am against self check out stands. There was only 3 cashiers open. The lines where down past softlines. This is unacceptable. I'm very close to stop shopping at Walmart. Everybody in line felt the same way I do. I guess customer service doesn't mean anything anymore."
