"All I'll say about this location is don't let them convince you that your usual boot size in wrong. I bought a pair of king toes from the back in September. I normally wear a 13 D and after going through their "ultimate fit" deal I was told I needed a 11H. I should have known better, but the store was busy, and I felt like I was being rushed through the store. The boots did feel alright those first few hours of wearing them, but after a full day of work once they broke in a bit my toes were rubbing together and it was clear that these boots were too small. That following weekend I took them back to the store to see if I could return and exchange them for my usual size. I was told that they wouldn't take them back because they were not in original condition. (scuffed and stained from coal but not badly) I was going to leave it at that but recently I visited my local Redwing in Cheyenne and had great customer service. They sold me my usual size and were somewhat baffled as to why the Utah location sold me boots that were too small, the wouldn't work with me to fix the problem. I spent good money on boots I can't use and wasn't allowed to exchange. Some redwing locations are great, this one not so much. Lesson learned on my end."

"Went in there a year ago to get my boot re-soled and buy a new pair of boots. I used my government ID and showed my tax exempt form. Got an awesome price. Came back a few weeks ago and the customer service was lousy. I asked to get my boots re-soled and showed all the right verification and this time wasn’t given the discount. The guy working the counter was very rude. When I went back to work the following Monday, was informed that my coworkers showed the same proof yet no verification code and still got the discounts. What’s wrong with this picture? Make it even worse my other Red Wjngs I got re-soled from this location, were given back with the same old laces and was not reconditioned."
