"This location has been my favorite by far. The staff here is wonderful and always try to acknowledge me when I come in. They talk to me and seem to truly genuinely care about me. They pick up on things that are said and remember. And even bring up things in conversation at a later date from something I have said. They treat me like family. Ashley is a sweetheart she learned my name before I could remember hers as I am bad at names but every time, she sees me she calls me out by name. She always has a smile for us and asks us how things are going. The new night manager Angie also has quickly got to know us personally. Always with a smile as we see her. She takes time to talk to me and not just quickly to get me out of there. I sit and talk with her about different things that matter. We connect on a human connection not just a customer connection. It is all about those Personal Connections with me and the workers at this particular Holiday bring it always. Love them all too pieces. Stacey is also a sweetie kinda quiet but so very nice. She has shown such genuine care and concern especially last year when I would come in a lot alone after my husband had his many back surgeries. Always asking about how he is doing and letting us know she was thinking about us. And genuine happiness to see him back in the store when he returned and was able to walk more. I can't say enough about everyone here. I have had nothing but good experiences and good feelings when coming into this Holiday.. I am editing this to add Sigi as I forgot to mention her. She has been such a sweet treat at Holiday. Always so friendly with a happy attitude and a smile. Over time we have gotten to know her as well personally and she never disappoints when we see her. She seems to enjoy her job and it shows. So happy to know her and to be known by her ."

"Terrible customer service, the young lady behind the register seemed like she didn't even want to be there. Why work somewhere if you're going to be short with people and groan out loud when they want to purchase something. Good thing I was just passing by so chances of me getting the same awful service is slim."

"Great store with especially great customer service. The one big improvement I would suggest is to inform the customers that the car was code is for the Holiday Oil on Magna Main Street, not the car wash next door."

"Sandy gave me the worst customer service I've ever experience. Sadly I come here often and wish I could leave a better review because other employees are always super kind and helpful. But Sandy has now ruined this experience for me. She gave me the wrong product, I noticed not even halfway to my car, when I went back and she absolutely refused to fix it for me when she gave me the wrong product. She refused to get the manager when I asked to speak to them. She claimed her and the other employee there were the managers and both refused to fix THEIR mistake. If they're managers, they suck at their job."
