"We absolutely love our Bullfrog Spa! Franz was super helpful through the entire buying process, and really helped me find exactly what I was looking for. No pressure or upselling, just honest input and tips from someone with experience. Our spa delivery date was bumped up and came earlier than expected, which was was a welcome surprise. Unfortunately, we noticed some issues within the first couple days and called the customer service line. Tim came out later THAT SAME DAY to look into the issue. He determined it was an internal error that was beyond repair, and put in an order for a new spa replacement. They manufactured a brand new hot tub and had it delivered WITHIN A WEEK. I was blown away by the customer service and speedy responses. Not only did we save by purchasing from the factory store, but I feel like we've received premium customer treatment the entire way, even though our spa is one of the smaller models. We've had it for a few weeks and I've been in it every single day. I love the interchangeable jetpacks, and my kids love to hang out with me in it. No buyer remorse, and I'm very glad I went with Bullfrog."

"Because a couple of our neighbors have bullfrog spas, and hearing how happy they were, we decided to investigate. After some practical testing in our neighbors spas and some on-line research, we decided to make a trip down to the Orem factory store. It was our good fortune to meet Franz and to do business with him. We’re sure the other sales people are just as good, but we couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received. Franz is extremely knowledgeable, answered our questions and even anticipated questions given our limited knowledge about spas in general. As it’s not always the case, our after sales experience has also been great! Bullfrog gives you 30-days to try the jet packs that you’ve selected when making your purchase and if you’re not pleased with any of them, they’ll allow you to try others and replace the ones you don’t like. We’ve gone a couple of times to swap a jet pack out for another. Always greeted with enthusiasm and willingness to help us get it right. So far, nothing but praises for Franz and our R8 hot tub.
