"Unfortunately had a less than favorable experience here today. I went to this shop with my husband so that we could both buy new skis, boots, bindings, etc. We walked in and were greeted and asked what brought us in; we said we came in to buy new skis and boots! …and that was it. Nobody came to help us…even after we spent a good amount of time hanging out by the wall browsing the different skis and boots. We were patient since there were other people in the shop and we understand that sometimes it takes a little time to get to all the customers. However, it wasn’t that busy and no one mentioned that they would eventually be with us to help. So we ended up leaving and going to Evo downtown. We spent over 3,200.00 on new gear and had great customer service!"

"Fast friendly ski rental service. Always helpful if you have issues or whatever. Wish they had a little better selection of demo skis and more than one model for the performance tier but it's a small market of people that want to rent in Bountiful so I'm glad they're here."

"Imagine taking your brand new boots to get fitted to your skis and after a brief wait, this shop is able to fit your boot to your ski and send you on your way. Once you get to the mountain and are about to get on your first chair of the day, your binding will not hold your boot. You take it to the resort shop who is immediately able to identify that the binding needs to be remounted because the new boot doesn’t fit the existing binding. Out of curiosity the resort shop asks who did the fitting and when you respond they say: “we get a lot of issues from there. I suggest you never go there again.” Apparently, these types of novice issues are common occurrences out of ski n see. Unfortunately, I didn’t ski or see the top of a lift today."

"I have been renting here for 3 years. I love the staff the atmosphere and everything it has. Their skiing equipment is amazing I have never had a problem with any of the equipment. The snowboard equipment is amazing too! No problems."
