"I had such a hard time finding this particular rug. The Rug Fashion Store really came thru. I was so nuts, that I called the store just to make sure I didn't make a mistake. Their representatives were the best and personally, their prices were terrific. I would use this company again."

"Do not order from them online. I cannot say how they are in store but I receieved a rug and both the outer and inner packaging was damaged leading to the rug being exposed through transit. No apparent damage on the rug but we decided to return because why would we want a brand new $1599 rug that was already dirty? They informed me that per their return policy I was responsible for shipping back. We are in the process of filing a claim through fedex but this is ridiculous. The rug showed up in a less than ideal condition yet they expect the customer to be the middle man. They could at least help or assist with the fed ex claim. If the claim gets denied for whatever reason I will be responsible for $500+ shipping fee AND I have to return it to a different address than it was sent from which makes it even more expensive. Horrible customer service."

"I ordered a couple of large rugs online. Mid-shipment, I was contacted by the store manager, Korie Elkins, stating that the shipper reported that one of the rugs was damaged and likely to be returned. Once the rugs arrived, I realized that both rugs were just dirty from being dragged on the ground and could be cleaned - no return was necessary. I very much appreciate the proactiveness on behalf of the Rug Fashion Store of Tulsa and their carrier! Oh - and I love the rugs!!"

"I ordered 4 rugs from the Rug Fashion Store. Before ordering A decorator and our sales lady (Jennifer) came to our house with 8 rugs I so we could see what they looked like in our space. We have an odd shaped living room & they custom bound our rug to fit. After looking at several places in Tulsa & making a trip to Dallas I’m excited about my selections! Highly recommend."

"The rug fashion store is awesome! I was worried it would be high prices like any boutique but they are very reasonable AND the customer service is amazing; I worked with Jennifer and Korie. I took several rugs home (for free) first and one in particular looked awesome so I bought it. They even price-matched it for me! When I picked it up, I had my kids in the car and they met me outside and loaded it for me. This place really is awesome and I was pleasantly surprised! It’s hard to find quality and awesome customer service like this anymore."
