"First time here. Not the best experience. Stopped in because I wanted to get in and out fast. Looking for parts but decided to get a new wheel barrow. Picked out one and paid then was told no more new ones. Had to take display, no offer of discount. It has been sitting in weather and full of water and dirt. Handle grips beat up. I know it's going to get used not too big a deal but I firmly believe if you pay full retail for a new item you should get a new item. Anyway, a bolt in the bottom was not seated right on assembly so I asked them to correct it. Had to go next door to their shop. They had some difficulty and finally got it mostly flush. My quick in and out turned into 35 min. Just was very irritated by the time I left. If I hadn't already spent so much time I would have probably got a refund. I had to leave. I will probably end up taking the thing back and going to Atwood's. Just not a great experience. To their credit the staff was friendly though. Update: thank you for your response. The fact you care enough to respond to reviews and suggestions says a lot. I really appreciate that as it is pretty rare in most businesses today. After looking over the wheel barrow it should work fine. I'm sure I will be back. Thank you."
