"I want this review to truly reflect how much I appreciate Larry, and Adonia for their for their help and customer service. Adonia did an incredible in assisting myself and my wife in buying a new fridge (that we didn’t want to be buying during Christmas time but had too because our finally bit the dust.) Not only did she make the process easy, she was transparent about the product we picked out and gave us great information to make a more informed decision. This was the most painless spending of a good-chunk-of-change in a while. My wife and I felt comfortable with our choice and are so thankful for who our sales associate was. Go in and SEE HER!!!!! We did run into some snags along the delivery and installation side which, unfortunately is out of the store’s control, however, Larry (who took a call from me in the late hours of their store being open.) took control and did everything in his power to ensure I got the situation resolved. I can’t thank the folks at Conn’s on 71st Street enough. Don’t worry about the minor hiccup I bring up (which did stink) but just know the staff there will be supportive and informative about everything along the way and make sure that you, as the customer, come first. A perfect 10/10 for everyone up there, and as a side-note, an absolutely gorgeous store, very clean, with incredible presentation."
