"Showrooms are pretty and the sales staff can be friendly, but the customer service, aside from two veterans, is very frustrating. Trying to locate ordered parts, asking about faucet parts, or a having a software program that tracks parts, sales orders, customers, and past purchases is non-existent. Its easier and faster if you track your own parts, look up your own part numbers, and manufacturing details than rely on the staff, with the two experienced exceptions."
