"I had a bunch of cellular blinds installed by Shady Lady and then decided after they were installed that I wanted to upgrade them to top down-bottom up and motorized. They did a great job with the original install and the upgrade. Very friendly and professional and definitely want to make sure that the customer is happy. I would definitely purchase from them any time I need window treatments."
"I stopped in to see if they could repair a set of blinds that were malfunctioning (not from their business), fully expecting them to have to keep them to do later since it was so close to Christmas. Instead, Craig took them back and repaired them for me in just a few minutes. When I asked how much, he wouldn’t take anything.
