"I paid almost $180 for Purple brand pillows we can’t use because they are TERRIBLY uncomfortable! My husband just had cancer surgery, and my son and I both have spinal fusions. Purple carries a 100 day satisfaction guarantee policy but Mathis Brothers does NOT honor that guarantee and will NOT refund your money!! They said (I have it recorded) that they do NOT back Purple’s Satisfaction Guarantee Return Policy when purchased in store! DO NOT PURCHASE PURPLE PRODUCTS!!!! DO NOT USE ANY MATHIS BROTHERS FOR BEDDING!!!!! They will only screw you! DO NOT BUY PILLOWS OR MATTRESSES from Mathis Brothers! You will get NOTHING but buyers REMORSE!!! Your response is unsatisfactory and reeks of a scam between Purple and the brick and mortar’s that sell their products! FYI TO ALL… DO NOT BUY PURPLE PRODUCTS! THEY DO NOT BACK THEIR GUARANTEES!"
