"Purchased $1400 worth of t&g cedar. All boards are 2 inches short of 8 foot. Tongues are rolled. Grooves are not uniform,some paper thin. The product was not usable for intended purposes nor as advertised Owner will not stand behind the product. Ignored multiple message and then hung up on when I called after no response via messenger or text. 0 stars very disappointed."

"Normally I don't post negative reviews on anyone's website. However on three occasions I spoke with the proprietor, who assured me I would receive the order. Because he was so friendly and his prices were solid, I ordered 5 pallets in stead of the 3 I needed. Though I suggested shipment, he insisted he was passing through and would deliver. The 1st delivery date came and went, no delivery or update. I got ahold of him again through facebook, again suggested shipment, but he said he was passing through and wanted to see family and would deliver... and the 2nd delivery date came and went with no update or calls. Based upon the pictures on the website, I am sure the quality of the product is there. However reliability leaves something to be desired."

"Great selection to choose from! Owner listened to our needs for an accent wall that we wanted to design. He recommended color variation's and provided pictures of past examples that they had provided. Spot on! Very reasonable on the price. Some of the wood provided had to be close to, if not older than 80 years old. I was treated like a return customer even though it was my first time there. I highly recommend Rustic Wood DIY for your next project."
