"I paid over $1,600 for a mattress that included a box spring and added their “membership” to get delivery and disposal. The delivery guys show up with only the mattress and stated they weren’t suppose to bring a box spring. I called the outlet, I couldn’t be helped because they had one sales manager and they were on the floor. I told them I wouldn’t accept the delivery and apologized for wasting their time. When I unfortunately had to drive all the way back to the outlet to get my refund, every employee they had on the floor except for the one who approached me were setting on couches and recliners on their phone. No wonder your only sales manager was on the floor. 10/10 do not recommend."

"Went to look for a mattress. Our sales associate was awesome Patty was her name. However the manager or whoever he was was so rude and aggressive. We were going to get a mattress but asked if we could get the price lower(just to see) doesn’t hurt to ask. Well he came over so aggressive and rude to us. Immediately changed my mind. I won’t be back."

"We bought a new mattress for a good price and it was on sale. As we went to pick up our mattress, the guy who was working, ripped a chunk of our mattress off and proceeded to not say anything about it to us. Even after we asked him if he needed help in the beginning, he still tried to he-man it by himself and ripped a piece of our mattress of on the back of the truck he was loading it in. The only reason we noticed, is because someone who was picking up after us, say him rip it and told us that there was still a piece of our mattress on the ground. I didn’t pay the full price on the mattress, but that doesn’t change the fact that I bought the mattress because it was new and looked nice; that is no longer the case. Plus I spent over $1,300 at this establishment because I thought I would be getting my furniture professionally handled; if I knew that this wasn’t the case, then I would’ve spent my money elsewhere."

"Isabella was our sales rep. At first I thought our she was kinda blowing us off. So we were going to go with the next person to help us. In all actuality she was following at the perfect distance to watch and hear what our furniture type . It was perfect timing. It’s like she read her mind when we were just about to go with someone else. She walked up and directed us to the area She thought we would like. We found what we wanted very quickly and finance in a decent manner. there was a little bit of an issue with their tablet. Though it was resolved, very professionally. Cannot wait for our living room set to be delivered. I will say that through the whole process we ended up having a very good connection with her. It was a lot of fun. She was very comfortable to talk to. And we shared a few laughs. I really hope she’s there for our next purchase."
