"Buyer Beware with Mathis Brothers Online Orders!!! I have bought many times from the store and have never had a problem. Ordering online is a whole different deal! I ordered a chair for a couple at my church and with weeks the chair broke in an upright tilt that will not go down rendering it unusable! There is one man Dillan in charge of online ordering and since speaking with him over 2 weeks ago I cannot get a call or email placed back for repairs or replacement. When you call the store , I am told there is no manger that can help me and that Dillan is the only one that can help! Ugh!! Amazon would have been so much better if I had only known!"

"Update: So we refused the bench and chairs and requested that the replacements be sent to us in the actual factory boxes. They sent the same guys out to do the swap and the two chairs were, again not in boxes, but the bench was so someone somewhere knew about our request, but just couldn't keep the chairs in the boxes. Just drives home the point even more on the level of customer service that this business provides - or doesn't. ____________________________ Just got most of a new dining table and chairs delivered. Waiting on 2 chairs, but am incredibly disappointed in what we got. Chairs are lite cream fabric so you would think there would be care taken to not deliver dirty chairs. But no. Apparently customers are too stupid or too blind to notice. When you pay for NEW you should get NEW. Dirty fingerprints, fabric that is already frayed in places - this is an insult to us as customers. There are too many alternatives to Mathis for this to be what we get. If your delivery guys don't know better than to handle lite colored cloth with dirty hands, it reflects on the business that is responsible for selling us the product - not just the contractors hired to deliver and setup. If my wife didn't like this set, we'd be getting it refunded now, but that's still an option for us at this point. Definitely uploading photos. Don't be a "Mathis Victim". Shop elsewhere. They even tracked mud into the house and onto the carpet."

"Job, Noel, and Talihya were AMAZING on the delivery team side, this was no straightforward move, but their professionalism and carefulness was very impressive. Of course, Thomas Bryant was wonderful on the sales side, shot me straight and wasted no time at all. Very pleased with my new sofa!!"
