"We just stopped by to look at lamps we might want for our new place. I was expecting them to be overpriced, but it was actually pretty reasonable. We didn't buy anything on this trip, but the staff was friendly in our brief interactions and they didn't hover uncomfortably when we were the only customers in. Found a similar lamp at Target to one we saw at Kirkland and the Target lamp was $50 more expensive."
"Lovely merchandise, but the employees do not have the best customer service skills. They were rude, snarky, and their behavior in general was quite appalling. I've shopped at other locations and have never had any bad experiences except for this location. (They also smelt quite terrible, almost like feces, which has to be a safety hazard of some sort). I don't usually leave bad reviews but sometimes you just have to resort to it."
