"Worst customer service I've ever recieved! I usually deal with a sales rep names Sied. Unfortunately he was on vacation and Stephanie said she couldn't tell me when he would return. After going back and forth for over 30 min about floor model prices for a sofa and ottoman I chose, they told me I would have to buy the entire set. Which I told them I didn't want from the beginning. The gall to sell a sofa and loveseat for the same price uis WILD! I won't be back"

"In store is great. The corporate however is horrible. We have purchased for 3 businesses and two homes and our kids homes and paid everything off. We get one bed for 1,000 and they combine contracts for over 16,000 dollars half fix it and won’t listen take my $900 then turn us to collections and now after we send all proof receipts and emails love Beal and Nixon won’t listen breath down our necks 24-7 and we have to take same proof to court with an attorney in April such a scam and way to take our money we don’t owe. Second time we have had to do this on two different accounts."

My first time picking out certain appliances, Casey had me approved in literal seconds , explained and helped me pick out stuff within my budget , got me amazing deals on my warranty and closing, and was very knowledgeable about the brands and if it was going to suit my family and even was able to tell me from a picture if my stove was gas or electric. He made my experience amazing and it took so much stress off of me. He didn’t hover or try and sell the most crazy expensive thing. He listened to how I felt and what I wanted and wasn’t pushy at all. Definitely recommend this without a second thought"
