"I spoke with Ches about a lift chair for my 84 yr old post stroke Mom with knee problems. Took Mom in and he helped her understand how this chair could support her structure and prevent her from slouching. She is able to adjust her legs too and raise them to a desired height which will help with water retention. Especially on the right side as a result of the stroke, this is an ongoing issue. She has the Human Touch chair, but struggles getting in and out of it. Even though, it is 10 years old and works great, she sometimes needs a bit more. The Luma lift was perfect for her. It really fits her well. I was very impressed by Ches' care and compassion when talking with Mom. She wanted to know how to clean the ultra suede on her other chair. He called Human Touch and asked their advice and even did an online search and gave her the recipe other owners use.
