"Not sure what the heck yall got going on but beating like a savage on my front door scaring my kid then pouring something or pissing at my doorstep is 10000% unacceptable and I will be speaking to higher ups in the company. "If i could give 0 stars i would. DO NOT EVER SHOP WITH THIS STORE. The Manager is very rude, then the other guy who works at the desk. Lies all the time He is very lazy and rather sit down and do nothing then to help a customer. Worse customer service ever. They suck at explaining things to people and have horrible attitudes. BUYERS BE WARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!"
"Bought a new stove and refrigerator through them almost a year ago and the experience was great. Went easy and painless and the few issues I've had, all i had to do is go in the store and Jose fixed me up every time. Tired doing it over the phone once with the help line and they caused more problems. So if you need and want new furniture, appliances, TV's, Aaron's is the place and ask for Jose and he'll get you hooked up quick and easy."
"Horrible customer service! I don’t care how many times I change my furniture move date, if my apartment complex changes my move-in date then that what it’s going to be; plus I was going to rent additional supplies from the company now I’m debating if I want to even consider keeping the current stuff I have with Aaron’s since it’s inconvenient to even move it. Train your staff to listen and keep the comments to themselves and get the correct month before telling me policy! And if I want to change it 30 times I can I’m paying for your supplies on time!"
"I purchased a $2,000 bed and had it delivered out of the plastic when I specifically asked for it to be left in the bag when the guys brought into my apartment I said this is supposed to be a brand new mattress they responded “it is we just took the bag off down stairs” as if they were the ones paying for the mattress then I called the store IMMEDIATELY after they left because the guys also forgot the mattress protector. Called on Tuesday and then was told to call back Thursday. Call back Thursday then I was supposed to receive a call later Thursday now it’s almost Monday and still haven’t heard anything. Save your time and money! I’ll be calling corporate!"
