Rent-A-Center

"I ordered a L-sectional couch about 3 weeks ago. About 2 weeks goes by and I hear nothing. So I call. I get told that the couch is in and I just need to set up delivery. I get delivery set up and then 3 days later I get another call asking to set up delivery. I inform him that I have already done so and I tell him the time and date of delivery that was already set. He says that's fine we will see you then. Today is delivery day. Delivery window has come and gone but no sign of them. So I call to ask what's going on and I'm informed that my delivery was canceled for some unknown reason. I have someone coming to pick up my old couch today and a doctors appointment at 1:40pm. But they want me to sit at home and wait longer while they go to lunch and get their stuff figured out."
