"They are not good ppl there stuck up .there notary would not notarize a title for the owner of the title cause the buyer was not there ,news flash the buyer does not need to be there it's the seller who does ,so went to the tag agency and they notarized the title without the buyer present shocker"

"My experience started Their client's property blue over on to my truck When I called The insurance company they got me in touch with the owner and were trying to work it out He told me at 1st he would fix my truck But it was going to have to be and is facility of this chioce I didn't agree with that So I got my own estimate and send it to GdK insurance agency A later they said they would not honor the claim because it was act of God I don't think it's good business the way I was treated"

"We have been with this insurance company for a long time. It was really good when we started but its slowly started going down hill since George (pretty sure that was his name) is no longer with them. Just this last time, I gave them a call, our insurance had went up and I was trying to go over options with them and she said she would call back the next day.. 2 weeks later I hadn't heard from her, gave her a call again. She said Oh, it looks like they havent gotten back to us.. Ill re send it and call you back tomorrow or the next day.. 2 weeks later again.. nothing. I had to call again today and she said she had sent my info to a different person in the office and she tried calling and left me a voicemail. I verified the number they had for us and my husband doesnt have voicemail and there wasn't a message on mine. I never had any missed calls from them either. I'm not very impressed with them now.."
