Unfortunately, People like Van, are hard to come across these days. Van isn't there just for a paycheck, he geninely cares about his customers, and even his team. Had it been anybody else i cant say it would've gone this way. Van you deserve the employee of the year reward for taking ownership of the problem, regardless that it wasn't on you, yet it was your team so you owned it and never pointed 1 finger, you explained the why's, you asked for another chance and you made things far past right. Nice recovery on this. You are doing exactly what God intended which is serving your community and making people happy. Also, I've noticed this on the reviews, people stop leaving bad reviews b/c you couldn't make the payment. I had all my questions answered before I walked out the door and knew exactly what I was getting into. OK VAN THANKS AGAIN AND I WILL SEE YOU IN 6 MOS WHEN I AM READY FOR MY NEXT APPLIANCE!"

"Well i had the delivery set for today and the manager has beef with me and told me because i hung up on him a week ago because i was promised delivery that saturday and it wasnt delivered. I tried to get it figured out and he just kept repeting thats not gonna happen and wouldnt let me get a word in edge wise so i hung up instead of yelling at him already being frustrated"

"I tried to get something from them but it has been nothing but a run around did the application online then they had called me and ask me more info side he would call me back so he did so side I need to pick something else so I did and then he side let me make sure it’s ok I side okay he side he would call me back never did so I called them back then he was like I’m busy I’ll call u back never did so I called him again he ask me a few questions then side let me call u back we will schedule a drop off date I side ok never called me back so I called back he side I’m busy right now I’ll call u back I side okayyyy he never called back it’s now been 2 weeks still waiting on that call back I did my application at the end of October it’s now December 1st it’s taking this long to get no where"
