"I will update this as or if the issue is resolved. I bought a couch one week ago. Had to wait one week for delivery. I specifically told them do not send me the couch with the hole in the back cushion. I purchased the one without. They sold the couch I purchased and tried to deliver the one with the hole. I now am having to return to the store tomorrow after work and pick another couch, more than likely pay more for the couch I wanted because it new not used. I hope this situation resolved itself in a positive manner. We shall see. I still have nowhere to sit and am an unhappy customer."

"Have they stole your money yet? Like actually stole it? Said they "accidentally" had an issue with computer just after the obtained my card info. Double charged me and haven't given my money back. Don't even think they will since payment is coming due shortly. It happened at the worst time for me. Even had to borrow some money due to this. They said it takes about 5-10...we are past that. We won't be compensated in any way for their failure either. It doesn't matter I had to borrow money to get by for. This will be the very last time I use them. And I will never recommend this place to anyone."
