"Purchased a GE Window 24,000 BTU A/C that the Sealed Refrigerant System is under the 5 year warranty until July 2023. Leaking freon and freon added 5 times by Central Appliance (CA). GE Customer Service instructs to return to CA & GE settles with CA. CA says GE problem. A/C holds no freon and I am out $900 cost and repairs. Per the warranty the unit should be replaced and no charges incurred from Central Appliance (CA) for repairs to the Sealed Refrigerant System. I will NEVER purchase anything from Central Appliance again."

"dont stand behind their policies. bought a sofa with a board that ran along where cushions fit. put bottom cushion over board, felt like your sliding out, put even with board, when you set cushion goes down and board hits you in the back. said they would fix it and thats been over a year ago. guess what. its NOT FIXED will NEVER buy anything there again."

No hard sell but also didn't walk away and ignore me when she knew I had no intention of buying immediately. If there service when I buy is as nice as it was today I expect when I do buy the rating will go to 5 star and I will be a regular customer."
