"The delivery driver and his father were amazing. Sales at the store were amazing but we were told by Tucker the couch would come with the "Y" to connect the two recliners together which apparently did not when i called the store and talked to Victor. Luckily, Victor checked the back to see if they had an extra piece, which they did. He said I could come pick up the "Y" cable to fix the issue we had. If you have to piece a living room set together like we have to because of the shape of our living room, make sure they add somewhere that you are to receive everything to put your furniture together. Overall, we are happy with our purchase. We haven't got to sleep on the new mattress yet, but we loved it in the store."
