"The customer service experience was disappointing. Instead of allowing customers to select their bread, it was handed to them without choice. When I requested chocolate donuts, they were carelessly thrown into the bag, squishing the other items. Upon asking for another bag to separate the bread from the donuts, I was informed there would be an extra charge. While I didn't mind paying for the bag, it was the dismissive attitude that soured the experience. My bread was squished."
"This place is just so much fun! They have some of the best traditional Mexican baked goods that I've tried. They also have amazing tortillas, chips, and Mexican candies. I appreciate that the bakery is not self-service. They take care to keep everything hygienic, far better than most markets. Our family will be frequent customers!"

"They say open at 8:30 and it doest open until almost 9. You can't get your own bread, the person their gets it for you for whatever reason which I didn't like. The bread is good and they have lots of Mexican goodies"
