"I have a Fenix brand headlamp that had some battery/charging issues and ended up needing to be serviced by Land Run Brands. It was originally sent in, serviced and sent back, but unfortunately when I received it, it was still experiencing the same issue. I reached back out to LRB and they immediately took care of the problem, getting me the shipping information to sent it back out for service by their lead technician. They were extremely thorough in their testing and keeping me up to date on what was wrong with my light during both rounds of service. My headlamp is one of the best purchases I have ever made and would recommend purchasing the Fenix brand from LRB anytime because of how they handled my service requests."

"The guys here seemed nice enough. They had the Fenix battery I was looking for so it saved me paying shipping and ordering it somewhere online. However I drove about 25 minutes to get here expecting to find a retail store front, but instead was greeted in the lobby and this odd guy acted like he didn’t want me to go further past the front desk. So I stood there while he brought me this battery. I paid for it and then I left. I was kind of hoping to shop around and see what else they had but maybe they don’t have a storefront inside?"
