"I sold a gun here today. I was not expecting to get top dollar as this gun was heavily used. I was not even disappointed with the price they offered me and which I accepted. However when I go to any business, I don’t think it is unreasonable for me( or anybody else) to expect to be treated and talked to with respect. I did not appreciate the clerk behind the counter interrupting me and talking over me and acting annoyed when I decided I wasn’t going to be purchasing a gun today. I’m disappointed because I have given this store my business before and had a positive experience but I will not tolerate being disrespected."

"Just got my taxes and came in for some ammo and to look into buying a G26. Older gentleman asked what caliber ammo I wanted but I had some questions as I’m not a seasoned marksman. I get 5 words into my question and he interrupts me “WHAT CALIBER ARE YOU NEEDING” With a look on his face like he was being burdened. Absolutely unprofessional. Only bought the ammo because I needed it.His attitude cost him a sale and a future customer. Will spend my money elsewhere and tell others to do the same. Do better"

"Bought a rifle here without much knowledge on what I was getting (you could blame my lack of experience on myself) everyone was super nice and helped me out but the rifle I was sold was horrible and can’t get more than 3 rounds without jamming I’ve taken it to the gunsmith and already put $130 into it. My best advice would be to get lawnmowers and tvs from the pawn shop but leave the guns alone.."

"So I loved the place when I bought my shotgun, but I fell on hard times and they told me they would buy it back for half of what I paid. I never even shot it. I went in and this guy proceeds to tell me that I'm better off selling it to someone else like I was pawning it. He then shows me some website that has the shotgun for 130.00. I paid just under 500.00 when I bought from them brand new. I was told they buy back at half what you paid. I have never been more insulted in my life. Yes they do have some good prices but DON'T EXPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE ON ANY LEVEL. I wont be going back EVER and I advise you not to either."

"Nice selection and good prices on new/used weapons and ammo. Found a nice Diamondback AR with upgraded furniture and optics at a fair price. Nice folks with a lot of solid knowledge about the merchandise. Most importantly, great customer service!"
