"I went in to get the glasses I've had less than a year repaired, and the person I spoke to acted like there's no way they'd have them replaced, or if they did, they were going to make me jump through hoops. I could have easily had the sales person humbled by having them verify that my glasses are less than a year old, and by pulling up a copy of the warrantee, and asserting my rights, but I am in a pleasant mood and just want to give people the heads up; this is a "hood" version of eyemart express. Be warned."

"I bought over $500 worth of glasses back in September and I got Nike frames and Sunlight changing lenses and another expensive pair, but I had a bad accident in October and I lost both pairs. I went inside and asked if I had bought insurance at the time of purchase of the glasses and was told they would send me a text when they were not so busy. Great folks and their attitudes were good as well. It's been two days and I still haven't heard back from them. Poor customer service."

"Great fast service! Glasses always come back in less than the 2 weeks that they initially tell you. And for those that can have them done in house, it's always super fast too. My son got his first glasses ever and loved that we could pick them up same day."
