She always makes sure that everything turns out perfectly, just like the way I ordered. I am very pleased with her customer service. And with professionalism and also her attitude towards her customers. "Have Roku devices on shelves for sale but they are empty boxes an when we tryed to buy one told me they can order one an I said then take the boxes off the shelf. An was told then are shelves would be empty an look like we don't have anything in our store then put out of stock an they said their not we can have it ship to your house so their not out of stock just online only one who has them. Very rude management on how they talk to customers an lower employees when "they said what your Walkie-talkies, not on? I was saying it's something you didn't ever answer me. You need to answering next time I say something understand me."

"Got my passport photo done there. Pictures were good, but they only knew how to print them. They didn't know how to do the ones that are loaded on a USB drive even though it is on their website."

"Hope you aren’t in a hurry. I am now here for my 3rd trip in an attempt to enroll in TSA pre check. I came yesterday at 4 since they have appointments that can set up later than that. They take walk ins. Once I arrived they told me they only take walk ins between 10-3. Come back tomorrow. I made an appointment for 12:40 the next day. Got here and was told the lady already had another customer and then she was going to lunch. Come back in 45 min. I left again. Came back again and now am standing in line as people with appointments walk passed me in line to get there’s done. 5 people since I got here 15 min ago. This place is terrible. Awful customer service. I can’t wait for this stupid brick and mortar to go out of business. So glad I am saving so much time by getting my TSA pre check done in advance. SMH"
