"Terrible service they lowball you on prices won’t go any higher than lowball and then end up selling it for twice as much as they say they’re going to sell it. I do not recommend using this place."

"Manager has an attitude when they clearly messed up. Sold my sister a game console that was all locked up with passwords and parental controls and offers no help but call the company that makes it. Sale someone a game console for over 200 dollars that CASH AMERICA should have made the previous owner erase and take off any passwords and parental controls off before agreeing to purchase or pawn with this individual to then resale. Dawn or don what ever her name is the manager attitude problem wanted to be rude to my sister because she can over hear a conversation between two people in the back ground that she’s not talking to. Would give 0 stars if I could. Dawn needs a lesson in customer service and a lesson in buying and pawing game consoles in this day and age with all the passwords and settings."

"I've brought in several electronics for pawn and they don't take tablets, apple ear buds or anything that apparently is from me. That's fine, they can be rude to everyone else. Plenty of pawn shops, and I will be a customer else where."
