"This store doesnt care about their customers, they dont answer their phones, managers are nowhere in sight, products arent priced right, its always trashy and smells weird when you walk in. They dont even deserve a 1 star."

"Isles are always blocked with huge carts for stalking shelves in the food department! Prices on the shelves do not match the prices of the cash register also your produce is not fresh! The lettuce that was being put out look like it has been frozen!"

"I was in the Auto Center getting a key made. a customer walked back there and the rep I was working with let him know the doors were locked right there because it was past 7pm. He then cussed her out yelled and made a scene and went to find a manager. I wish I remembered to get the girls name I was working with. she handled it so well and attempted to let him know about the policy and why the doors were locked but he wasn't hearing it. I was done with my transaction and walked to the front of the store and I see the same disruptive customer talking to the manager and the manager decided instead of upholding their policy to take him back to the auto center and let him through the door. EVEN THOUGH doing so the guy could have walked to his vehicle like three times in this time frame. I am disappointed that the manager didn't stand with his employee. the customer isn't always right and this is a perfect instance. You can't expect your employee's to respect you and to keep moral up in your workplace if THAT is how you treat your employee's when they are doing their job as they should. Manager is Greg Garza. Very disappointed."
