"I went to the store in the Mercer Mall today looking for the Vitamin E ointment. A young man was sitting up on the counter behind the register playing on his phone. Another young man came out of the back and passed by me going to the register area. Both started talking, never acknowledged any customer in the store. Finally, I asked if either one worked there and the guy that came from the back said he did while the other continued to sit on top of the counter. I asked about the ointment and he said they didnt carry it. I thanked him and I'll just order from another company."

"Came by around 730pm, place closes at 9pm. There was a sign on the gate that said be back in 10 minutes. There were other customers standing outside that said they'd been waiting almost an hour. I stayed until 830. There's a big difference between 10 minutes and 2 hours...."
