"I ordered my 3CI Wedges March 23. The message said they were backordered and would ship the week of April 1. As of April 12 no wedges and no update as to eta. Called customer service and got an answering service that could not help me. Keeping customers informed so important to providing good customer service. Golf Taylor and 3CI are failing in this regard. Don Mueller from Golf Tailor followed up with me and was very helpful in making sure that I received my clubs. He refunded the UPS fees that I had paid to redirect the clubs to Buffalo from Palm Beach, FL and also the HST paid at the border when I brought them into Canada. Thank you Don. Great customer service. Also, tried out the clubs 55, 59, 65 and all worked really well. Highly recommended!"

"I ordered a 59 deg ex1 wedge from Golf Tailor and I was told that I would receive an email confirming my order and a shipping conformation. I have received neither and it has been 4 day's now but they have taken the money from my account. Be careful!!! Flaky outfit. -------- I Received a call from Golf Tailor immediately after posting this review and they resolved the issue and were very polite and generous in doing so. Thanks"

"I bought two Golf Wedges from this supplier, there was a mix up with the address for delivery which is in Thailand, with no hesitation whatsoever once I had explained that the delivery address in the notification I received was mixed up and the clubs could end up any where they immediately dispatched two replacement clubs, THIS IS 5 STAR SERVICE also it is so rare to receive such helpful and immediate action I can not recommend this company enough. "I would like to take this opportunity to rescind my earlier comments toward this company. In maintaining full accountability it was pointed out to me that I simply missed the trial monthly subscription verbiage that was communicated in bold letters and was available for me to cancel at any time. Golf Tailor immediately contacted me once they understood my concerns and retroactively reimbursed my fees. I myself work for a services oriented company and all I can ever ask is that once my concerns are communicated that the company helps to resolve them and Golf Tailor did exactly that. They worked with me and understood my issue. I would absolutely recommend this company knowing they are service oriented and concerned about the customer experience. "I ordered a xE1 65 degree wedge from Golf Tailor and paid for two day delivery. It was on a Friday so I was prepared for it to not arrive on Monday. However, mid week it was still not in and I called them. They were relentless in tracking it down and kept me informed the whole way. Furthermore, they refunded the cost of the two day shipping because it had not arrived. They tracked it all the way to the house. Rarely in this day and age do we find companies willing to go the extra mile to work with customers. These folks did. Now...for the club...I'll be testing it out tomorrow. The look and feel is good...so looking forward to trying it out."
