"We had an issue and the guy in geek squad with the curly hair, a young floor associate, and the manager Jeff went out of their way to make it right. Extremely pleased that customer service still exists at this best buy!"

"Terrible customer experience. I purchased a laptop and the associate made a mistake and ordered the wrong color. I went to the store to request an exchange to the color I originally asked for, and was told that I would have to pay an additional $100, because on Saturday when I made the purchase there was a sale occurring, and now the sale was over. I asked why I would have to pay an additional amount, when it was the store's mistake to give me the wrong color, and I was only asking for an exchange. The store manager informed me that was "their policy" and then called another manager and two other people as 'back up' saying that I needed to leave and tried to intimidate me into leaving. It felt very agressive and uncomfortable. I left the store and went to another best buy to explain the situation. They immediately offered to exchange the laptop with the correct color, with no additional cost or questions asked. I inquired about the supposed policy from the North May store, and they said they weren't aware of any policy like that. I will never again visit the North May location. The manager Jeff Hernandez and his comanager should not be representing Best Buy, or need additional training in customer service and store policies."

"I spent $1,000.00 there yesterday (which is easy to do) so I can say I thought a lot of them and their products. The best part about Best Buy are the knowledgeable Sales Associates and diverse products. I have been shopping here since they opened their doors on North May Avenue and I will continue to get my electronics needs at Best Buy!"

"The gentleman @ the Best Buy Geek Squad put my computer in for me to be tuned up & check out for computer viruses & let me know if I'd need to update the inner hard drive until I'd can save up money for a brand new update computer system with a more advanced technology system. Which the gentleman said it will take a couple days & I'd that's fine because I'd rather have everything done the right way & not to rush even with there other customers."
