"We had a tire that had to be mounted and balanced. He was gathering information on us and the tire. He should have come out from behind the counter to look at the rim we brought in and the tire to see the condition and the size. Instead he asked or tried to guess on both. Was called back to come pick up the tire as promised. When we got it home and started to install the tire, the balancing weights fell off. Back to the shop we went. Got there put the weights on the counter and was asked what happened. Duh the weights fell off. They said they would fix it at the same time trying to blame us or the person who did it and tried to give every excuse to why they fell off. When I was given the tire back it had only 1 weight instead of 2. I asked why the difference and was told by my calculations 1was only needed. I am still not sure how in less that an hour could a tire change it’s composition to balance differently."

"I get all my gear and accessories from CycleGear. Recently I got a new visor and needed a new anti fog pinlock. Went in thinking it would be a quick grab and go and install it once I got home; before I could even finish inserting my credit card, one of the guys opened up my visor and installed it himself. If anyone has put this on themselves knows its a headache and not the most easiest thing to do. So for them to install it for me was a nice touch. Most places now days would nonchalantly offer to help but not actually mean it, while these guys have always gone above and beyond to understand what I'm looking for and walk me through the isles to help me find exactly what I need. Customer Service like this is a rare these days. I'm glad to see Cycle Gear has a staff that genuinely cares. Thank you!"
