"I’ve been in Moore for about 2ish years now, and used to love coming here. At some point (I think) they changed ownership/management and with that changed their business practices. I’m all for customer service, but when the new chick is forcing over the top service to their employees, I started going to Moore Liquor a lot more. At Moore Liquor, they are very nice, they also can read the room if you had a long day and don’t feel like talking, their prices always match the tag and are definitely cheaper than the surrounding areas. Pro Tip- You don’t have to flirt your heart out to be good at customer service."

"Every experience I have had at this store has been positive until this afternoon. A bottle of rum I was going to purchase had the incorrect price below it on the shelf, when I pointed it out, the young woman behind the counter chose to be rude instead of just apologizing for the mistake."

Even though I couldn't locate the specific item I was looking for, Lizzie went above and beyond by placing a special order for me and promptly notifying me once it arrived. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with the order, but Lizzie handled the situation gracefully, explaining the return process and ensuring I would receive the correct item. Throughout the entire interaction, she remained informative, polite, and helpful. If you ever have any questions or encounter any issues, I highly recommend seeking Lizzie's assistance. "Pricey, but the staff was very friendly. I tried to call but it went straight to voicemail. At check out I was given the option to tip. This is a huge turn off. This tipping culture that we've become allows companies to pay lower wages to their employees. If you don't have the money to pay a living wage to an employee, don't open a business. I won't be coming back solely for this reason and I won't recommend. The only stars they get is for the friendly service. It'll help your business also of you'll answer the phone. I saw other customers leave complaints about that on their reviews."
