"Called at 1:20 for the pharmacy. I was kept on hold until 1:30 at which point someone answered the phone and said "call back after lunch" and then hung up. Classy"

"The worst Walgreens. The rudeness of the staff takes extra special energy. I received multiple notifications that an RX was delayed, then ordered to the store, then 4 notifications that it was ready for pickup. On arrival, the staff acted like I didn’t put in a request for the medication, suggested I did it at the wrong store. Nope, the app is clear. They said they’d get it ready in 15-20 mins, then came back later and said “we don’t carry that medication we will have to special order it, come back tomorrow.” When I got home, they had cancelled my order according to the app. The absolute hatefulness took so much more energy than being neutral. I know this is a problem with the whole corporation, but this store is especially wretched. I pity those who have to use this store."

"Despite changing pharmacies, this one always pulls my prescriptions from the pharmacy closest to my house to fill. I drove out there to pick up a prescription around 7:45 and waited for the store to open, only to finally spot an employee at 8:15 to rudely tell me they weren’t open (like it was an obvious thing?)."

"Pharmacy gave my prescription out to the wrong person. Major HIPPA violation! I have already sent in a complaint to corporate. And to top it off the girl at the counter was so rude and disrespectful I actually asked her are you serious? Because I couldn’t believe how rude and disrespectful she was. I hope this place crashes and burns from this HIPPA violation and ol girl at the counter gets fired. No one deserves to be spoken to like that."

"Worst pharmacy ever. I originally moved my script here because it was on my route home from work, but I find out the drive through takes anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes, every single time. So, I tried to move a script to another Walgreens, but was told it was closed out and to contact this one. This one tells me it was closed out when I tried to move the script and it was filled at another store, which didn't happen. It was neither transferred nor filled. Upon further inquiring of the computer I was told I just picked up the script, oh wait no that was last year. Well, since I tried to move it today that that's the reason it was closed out. No, wait, it was closed out in September. Why was it closed out. "Let me talk to the pharmacist." We ended with the question about how did it get closed out in September, you know so maybe we could avoid this problem in the future, and the response was "I don't know, I didn't do it." I'd give negative stars if I could."
