"This store is run down.. no inventory, cashiers are rude… management doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing."

"Their pumps are always malfunctioning, they do not print receipts at the pump. Their inventory management inside the store is terrible (always out of stock) and the counter help is not friendly. High prices and awful service is not a successful business model."

"I went there today for gas. I tried to pay from outside with my debit card. I did not fill any and display showed thanks for your purchase, I went inside and my card declined many times so I checked my account balance and to my surprise it was 0. All balance was showing as a pending transaction from this store. I understand gas stations hold some money sometimes but who holds all the balance. My account balance was zero. I could not buy any gas or anything. It was very frustrating and if today because of some previous transaction my account goes in minus bank will also charge me with a fine. I will never go there and hope I get my money back."

"After purchasing a product from this store I get home to realize the clerk had given me the wrong product. No big deal, mistakes happen. So I return the following morning to replace the product. I was asked if i could return in the evening and deal with the clerk who made the mistake. Of course, I said that I would not and told them if this is how they treat customers I wouldnt continue to do business with them. After returning home, I thought I should really give management the opportunity to make things right. After all, there is no way management would give up thousands of dollars on annual gas sales over a $10 mistake. So I called the store to inquire about how I could reach a store manager/owner only to learn that the person who refused the exchange was the store manager. With an On Cue opening one block away, you would think they would want to take care of customers who fill their tanks there every week --- but apparently not. Needless to say, I wont be doing business there again."
