"Bought founder edition optic merch that was supposed to ship on December 1st and ended up not hearing anything about my order for over a month and when I did they had the audacity to tell me that they were sold out and were not expecting the demand for one of the oldest eSports org fast forward 2 month later and my order of 2 hoodie 2 shirts 1 hat was received missing a hoodie and shirt no email and apperantly they not refunding people avoid them at all cost I was excited for the merch but now I will make sure that no influencer that working with this company get my money"

"Tim at Made by Influence is great! We send him ideas and his art team always has awesome designs. If we need things changed he is constructive to feedback and always helpful! He always makes sure we are happy with the product and they always look GREAT. He also comes up with new ideas and garments to print our items on. Very easy to work with and does a fantastic job. He always works with our timeline and gets stuff to us when needed. Highly recommend."

"I’ve been trying to cancel my shirt subscription from their previous company PRNT since they switched to Made By Influence months ago. The first time I contacted them I got an answer and told them I wanted to cancel, confirmed my cancellation, and it was never canceled. Every time a new shirt gets sent I send an email to the email they provide you with and it bounces every single time. I’ve also attempted messaging on Facebook as well and got no response. Every time I’ve called the phone number provided on google it’s never answered. Terrible customer service and business practices."
