"CALLING ON MANAGEMENT HERE, BREE!!! Did AMAZING, ordered our food to perfection, listened to our customizations while handling other customers orders too. She served us with a professional attitude with a kick of humor. We appreciate her service so much we will be making this our permanent spot to come chill and spend our money, if management reads this, please take note; we wanna see her RULE the bar! Appreciate her dedication to the job and her outlook! Maybe a raise? Needed. She kept the bar clean, checked in with us, kept us and others happy. Drinks and food were on par!"

"I really like this pub the one in Cottonwood I had my girl order the chicken teriyaki sandwich to go and I ordered a Reuben make the best Reuben but got home and my girl did not have any teriyaki on her teriyaki chicken at all. I didn’t believe her so I took a bite myself and sure enough no teriyaki and she asked for extra teriyaki must be the cooks. I don’t know. Service was great, the lady was nice fried pickles were soggy, but overall I give it 2 stars"

"I have really liked this place in the past. However they are the ‘grill that burns’. A week ago we came in and ordered the jalapeño poppers. Fried. to black on 75% of the jalapeño’s. We had to send them back. They couldn’t get us another order before we left…. 30 minutes later. Today, September 11th, a week and a day later with a different cook, the patty melt was burnt. Are their cooks just stoned and not paying attention? Or are they complacent and don’t care because they feel they have a “dedicated” clientele. Bad form ‘Bout Time. The waitress tried, but not hard enough."

"This place lives up to the Bout Time reputation. It was Friday night and the place was packed, but as soon as I sat down, the server was there to take my order and within 10 minutes, I had my food. I went with the Philly, which was amazing. The beer was cold. The environment is cool with all the tv’s. Perfect place to watch March madness basketball"
