For her part Cindy called Craig Cotton and told her to cancel the insurance which had been paid for 6 months and had 5 remaining. Daughter at Craig Cotton dropped the ball and did it again in April when we got a bill rather than a refund. I asked Cindy for help and she graciously advocated for me speaking their lingo.
