"I used to love this gas station because they have a drive-through and the guy that worked the drive-through was so nice and sweet but the past three different times I’ve went there they never know what I’m talking about when I order and they’re still nice so it’s OK they figure it out but today I went there and the girl that was in the drive-through was so rude to me and literally so angry because she couldn’t find what I was asking her for and then she finally found it but she was so aggressive and rude to me and I was literally shaking because I was so taken back from being treated so negatively by this young lady I think that is unacceptable for a customer service representative I usually don’t even write bad reviews but I’m hoping they can correct their customer service skills somehow maybe with more training and definitely some therapy so she doesn’t treat other people like this."
