"So I wanted to give an honest review of my experience. Everyone was incredibly kind and friendly until I complained of my teeth being crooked once my braces were off. My top teeth pulled right and my bottom pulled left and my bite wasn't straight, which I was told by the Doctor that it would require surgery to fix. I spoke to the office manager who asked if I liked my smile before the braces were off, which I stated I did, but due to the braces I couldn't see that my smile was crooked and that there was a gape on one side of my mouth. So they brought me back in and the Lady Doctor then looked and saw my complaint and I was fitted for 12 week aligners. I came in today for my aligners and the hygienist stated she would have the doctor come over and speak with me. Well the doctor never came. The hygienist handed me the aligners with instructions and stated that this would fix the problem and if I had any questions afterwards to give them a call and to wear the last aligners for life basically. No appointment was scheduled or anything for a follow up. I feel like if you pay thousands of dollars for your smile if it's not right you should be able to make your concerns known. I did and felt like they wanted to get me out the door whether my smile was correct or not. Not once was I told I needed surgery at the intake.. my teeth are definitely more straight then when I went in, but as I said my top teeth pull one way and my bottom teeth pull in the opposite direction. It seemed the docs at my last appointment didn't even care to speak to me about it or the aligners. My personal opinion based on my experience is that I wouldn't recommend to my friends or family."

"I really like this office. My first impression was how clean it was and everyone was so nice. A part I really enjoyed was the dentist didn’t pressure us and also was honest. Some places make you question if the treatment plan is actually needed. Here he told me not yet and to come back in a year. I appreciated his honesty. We came back a year later and our kid was ready to start his treatment plan. Recommend this office"
