"Excellent staff and professional care. I wanted to see if there would be a difference between an expensive dentist and one that is more price conscious. I received quality care at both facilities but enjoyed the 35% savings with Spring Dental. It's great to know there are still doctors who believe in a fair balance of cost and care. Well done!"
"I’d been going to this office for a few years but my last experience officially ruined any hopes of returning to spring dental after the lack of professionalism at their offices. i have periodontal disease and have been treating it here while receiving IV sedation at the brookside clinic for big things, but don’t follow ups at brookside because some of the workers are aggressive trying to prep for full sedation and it makes me nervous to be manhandled before being knocked out and having an invasive procedure done. i had to go in earlier this week for a quote ‘badly infected tooth’ as the dentist said, but received ZERO treatment for a nasty infection so bad that i can’t rest my head on that side. they denied me antibiotics, told me “get a cleaning,” and then didn’t even schedule me for the cleaning and sent me out the same way that i’d come in. i had to try a new dentist to get hopes of clearing the infection and being out of pain. the new dentist (i remember a blond man but now there’s a woman) lacks professionalism entirely, she hooked her dental pick into a hole between my teeth and physically pulled my head around this way to look into my mouth better. she hooked the pick INTO my broken tooth that’s currently infected, and while checking my pockets (a routine thing that has never been painful), she stabbed my inner gums with the pick so hard that my gums are still in pain days later. i almost cut the appointment short as she had me clenching the chair in intense pain trying to make it thro the measurements. while trying to explain why i had anxiety and needed IV sedation, she told me the actual malpractice that i’d experienced wasn’t a malpractice, referenced the entirely wrong area of my mouth to explain why it wasn’t, and while explaining to her, she stopped what she was doing to stare over me at her assistant as if i was lying with that obvious “oh they’re dumb” knowing look that two friends might pass between each other. the last dentist there explained why it was a malpractice and listened and tried to help, meanwhile she told me “oh you were young and it was scary so that’s why you didn’t understand.” cherry on top had to be that she complained about the state of my teeth but i couldn’t get a cleaning scheduled because i called, and called for literally MONTHS with no answer to make an appointment!!! i had a no call, no show due to being extremely sick and when i realized, i called immediately to explain (less than an hour after missing it,) and for there on out, it took almost a year to get them to answer the damn phone. i told the dentist this and her immediate response was “oh no, not us. it must’ve been another office” when it was this office. she gave no response and went silent when i told her it was that office. i spent $1400 out of pocket for a scaling and it’s been completely wasted due to this office not being available for follow up maintenance and i have to get it done again. this dental office has been a joke and i cannot stress it more, find another office and especially find somewhere else if you need IV sedation."
"Verified they took my new insurance, rescheduled my appointment 3 times, when I got there they said since their new doctor wasn't accredited that I could NOT use my insurance.... Definitely not a good practice"
"I went in for a cleaning and was told I needed a bunch of fillings. It was also suggested that I have my wisdom teeth removed. I take very good care of my teeth and have never had a dentist give me that assessment. I went to get a second opinion at a private practice dentist, and they told me I don't have any cavities and my wisdom teeth are fine. Either the dentist I saw at Spring Dental wasn't sure what she was doing, or the place was trying to get money out of me and my insurance."
"My pa recommended I go to the Spring Dental he always goes to because he feels so genuinely taken care of when he goes. I didn’t get to go to the location he raved about, but everyone I interacted with at the 21st street location was super sweet, professional, and knowledgeable. I was super comforted by their dedication to cleanliness. They were very communicative and explained everything to me clearly and concisely. There’s a lot of work to do on my teeth and I’m not scared to go back to the dentist at all! I’m looking forward to starting a new journey in dental health and hygiene with them."
