"Went In and tried out an elliptical. Found the one I wanted, then they said they had used elliptical’s that were basically brand new because they were floor models at the fair or something along those lines. I thought that sounded good, but the problem is the elliptical I got from them makes a horrible squeaking noise. The one I tested out didn’t make that sound. Didn’t make a sound at all, lol! Then I call and say something about it and they said that was totally normal, they make noises like that but they would be happy to send me a technician for free like they were doing me a favor. You guys most definitely ripped me off and I don’t appreciate it"
