"Dont get your teeth replaced here!!!! I'm not one to leave bad reviews, and everyone I've dealt with at this location has been very nice to me, so far. However, they really threw a huge bomb into my life. I had my entire mouth extracted, to have my teeth replaced by dentures. I've been looking forward to this procedure for a while. I chose Spring Dental, bc I was told, by 3 of my close friends, about the process of how they make their teeth. It's supposed to be a "Collaborative experience" between patient and doctor. "They make sure your teeth look exactly the way you want them to." None of those friends went to the Bixby location for this procedure though. I made 3 very specific requests for the look of my dentures, and neither of those requests were met. My insurance will only cover one set of dentures, which means if I want them remade, I have to pay put of pocket?! Apparently, there was supposed to be some appointment called a "wax try" before the extraction, and I didn't even know about that until AFTER the surgery. I don't think it's very fair that I have to pay out of pocket for THEIR mistakes, when I'm already paying for their mistakes mentally and emotionally. I can't look at myself in the mirror anymore, bc these aren't my teeth. They're not what I wanted. I haven't experienced low self esteem to this extent since high school. I'm more insecure about my teeth now then I ever was before when they were all damaged. As I said, everyone there seems very nice, but it doesn't seem like they listen very much. I didn't feel heard, or felt like I was taken seriously. I dont think anyone there truly recognizes the gravity that their mistakes have had on me, and ny state of mind. This is a major, permanent, LIFE ALTERING procedure. There is no room for mistakes in a procedure like this. I'm just shocked that the professionals here can be so nice, yet care so little. Idk how to remedy this situation, without throwing a lawsuit at it. If I could afford dentures, I wouldn't be on Sooner Care. I'm not paying for the remakes when I never got the teeth i asked for in the first place. There are plenty of other Spring Dental locations. If you're getting your teeth replaced, don't do it here."

"I wanna start this off by saying I've been seeing this dentist for almost a year now. Back of house is amazing; the dentist amazing, but unfortunately over the past 3 months something has changed with their front of house staff. They're rude and they lie. I highly suggest you check your insurance and find out before going to this office what they can charge you for and what they can't, because they will charge you for things just because they don't like you for trying to come in as a walk-in, or that you complain about their poor behavior. For example talking about other patients and laughing at them and their unethical work behavior. I've come to the decision that even though I do need more adjustments I will be taking my business elsewhere even if I do have to pay out-of-pocket. Like I said the dentist is amazing. All the staff in the back is amazing, but something has changed with their front staff and, unfortunately I feel like this is gonna become a reoccurring event where they're losing business."

"I was very worried about the tooth extraction and visiting a dentist in first place because I had a bad memory in another country when I was young it always hunted me , but after last week's visit to this clinic I changed my mind. The medical team was wonderful and the dentist was very wonderful. I didn't feel any pain and he always checked that I was fine and didn't hurt and reassured me. It was a different experience than what I remembered. This clinic is wonderful and all the staff are experts and professionals and nice and I am very thankful to them."
