"The dentists and some of the hygienists are absolute gems, and they make the process flow smoothly. My babies love the train and the coloring pages that are provided. However... I came in for an appointment with my kids yesterday. There were two receptionists, one on the phone, one not on the phone. The ones who was not on the phone looked at me and said nothing, not even "someone will be right with you." I get that he may have been doing a task, but to let me stand there and not say ANYTHING? This has been my experience for awhile now. I typically come in 20 minutes or so early, but typically I end up getting seen 20 minutes or so after my appointment is scheduled to start (one time it was 40 minutes). I went a solid YEAR without seeing the dentist because they kept canceling and rescheduling my appointments; each time I was rescheduled, it was 1-2 months further out from the original appointment. One time they text me to see if I could come in on an earlier day and gave me two available times. I choose the later time and came as agreed; when I got there, the receptionist told me I'd missed my appointment. Apparently, someone else had taken that time but didn't respond to the text to tell me, and bumped me to the earlier time. I've heard staff getting into it and sounding like they were ready to square up. I've had staff use nasty tone with me. One hygienist poked me in my gums, but blamed me for it when I was sitting still. Needless to say, I'm currently shopping for a new dentist."
"Left work early for the cleaning appointment that I made as a new patient. Came in and they took X-rays and fixed a crown but that isn’t what I came in for. I was told that they don’t have any openings until December for a cleaning. Why did they create the appointment then? Now I have to find a different dentist and hope the insurance pays for the cleaning Lack of communication on their part and not fixing the problem is not professional"
"Went as a new patient for a cleaning and they took X-rays and fixed a tooth but never received a cleaning which is why I came. I asked about the cleaning and was told they are booked up through December. Why I was given an appointment, I have no idea. They didn’t even try to fix the situation, only offered if a cancellation happens we might be able to fit you in. There are plenty of other dentist that will get me in quickly. The office is cute and it is close to home but didn’t provide the service requested and god knows what my insurance is going to do when I make an appointment for a cleaning somewhere else"
"Very well kept area. I love the atmosphere, especially for children. Waiting time was not awful, since it was due to insurance and first time visit. The staff at the front desk were super nice and patient. They seemed to have a great staff dynamic, and that overflowed to their customer service. Charles was especially awesome, and explained my charges and helped me understand insurance a little better. The doctor and aid were amazingly effective at getting my procedure done quickly and effectively. Young and super smart. I felt like their responses to some of my questions and concerns were dismissed a little too quickly. I realize I was in at the end of the day, but even in my job, I have to remember that everyone I see is a clean slate and I assume they know nothing and educate them. Don’t get me wrong, they answered all of my questions, but some of the looks and moods I got were subpar. Overall, I do give this place a 5/5 for that visit and it’s given me a good experience for my brain to feed on. Thank you guys!"
"I would put 0 but can't. I understand I have no insurance and am ready to pay, but today you asked for it before we even went back to the room. I've come in several times and paid out of pocket, but you acted today like I never pay you. Paid $800 for three extractions once before. Worst part is now my husband doesn't even have his antibiotics. Cause the pharmacy still has no record of the prescription. We are 6 hours after extraction and no antibiotics. If he does get an infection, better believe I'll bring him up there for you to take care of, cause you couldn't even get the script in. Even went to the pharmacy and they have no record a script has been called in. We've called several times and still nothing done. Quick to take the money tho. Just to update. They sent the medication to the wrong location. Thank you Dental Depot for the BIG HEADACHE! Truly appreciated"
