Bountiful Bowl

"We were hopeful for a decent bowling game for what the place looks likes, star rating, and the prices, however, we didn't even receive a decent game. 1. Limited bowling balls and sizes, mainly heavy balls were available. 2. The system multiple times didn't pick our balls as we rolled them. We had to bowl multiple times for it to finally register. We addressed this concern with the employees working and all they did was simply reset our pins and said it was fixed. As we continued to bowl, it was never fixed. 3. When the pins reset, we would either get none, a random amount, or they were placed and all fell over. We addressed this with the employees again and asked for a refund and they told us no immediately. 4. There were moments the machine took a couple minutes to reset. Halfway through our game, it just simply stopped working completely. We've already talked to the employees twice at this point and they simply did nothing to make our experience better. 5. They do nothing to manage the atmosphere. They placed teenagers right next to us. They were chucking their balls over their heads, many were wearing their street shoes while bowling, and they over filled the ball dispenser. Then they left their bowling shoes, balls, and personal trash. 6. Seating was very limited and there were only three seats available for the 5 of us. Overall, a very disappointing experience."

"Came to bowl with my son before I leave town for two weeks for work and we showed up an hour early to get the neon bowl lane and right as it was starting they threw a bunch of teenagers on our lane with us mid game. When I went up to ask if it was a mistake they said no and that two people didn’t need a whole lane. I was shocked to say the least and immediately got a refund and left. Normally I love coming here with my kid but sad to say we won’t be coming back. Two thumbs down for bountiful bowl. :("

"I come here with my buddies or family and usually have a good time. I came 01/19/2024 and bowled with my usual buddies. When I order food I usually have no problems, other than the occasional (I lost track of time and the kitchen was closed). Tonight, I ordered some food, and gave a ten minute wait, usually how long a slow cooking Fryer would take for fries (I have worked 4 years in food service). I came to ask about my fries, just a check up, and was told he forgot. I verified and I did pay for them. He said he'd make an extra basket of fries to make up for the wait, he had left out the fries in the basket, not dropped. I waited another twenty and saw it in the Fryer still, another basket waiting in the air. About 5 minutes later he came with my fries, no second basket (which I don't care about) but the fries were over cooked, I could barely eat it. I found it clear this guy was high, especially since my other friends ordered food and burnt it pretty bad. I don't think I'll order the food here ever again."

"This is a no-frills bowling alley. They have a great sound system and I enjoyed the music they had on. We spent about $36 for two adults to play three games with shoes. Their website says $5 per game and $3 for shoes. There are 20 lanes. No individual consoles for player management; but you can do all of that at the desk where you pay and pick up shoes. Impressively, we didn't encounter any mechanical issues...a refreshing change from other bowling venues. Their snack bar has everything you could hope for and a few different beers on tap. They also have an arcade! My only concern was the difficulty in getting information about their leagues, often finding the knowledgeable staff unavailable. This communication gap is the only reason for my four-star rating, as the overall experience was enjoyable."

"Bountiful Bowl was a clean and fun environment for our family. We needed a place to gather after the funeral of loved one. While it may seem insignificant, the host behind the snack bar was kind and sweet. She assisted us with great care and unbeknownst to her, we had just suffered a tragic loss in our family. We had an amazing time and are grateful for the fun environment Bountiful Bowl creates. Thank you to the staff for being professional and yet so very kind in every circumstance."
