"Was excellent when Dr. Smith was there, after he retired I had did one trip after the new Dentist came and I had an extremely poor experience (not with the other staff. They were excellent as usual). The dentist felt condescending and rude. Over a year later I decided to try again and saw that nothing had changed. Went with extreme tooth pain and was condescendingly told, essentially, that nothing was wrong. I will NEVER be back. This is such an unfortunate thing to happen to Dr. Smith's establishment. If he knew the service that was provided there now, he would be appalled."
